When am I charged?

The free preview never asks for a card. A single report is charged once, at the moment you unlock it. Full Access is charged monthly from the day you start.

What exactly does a single report cover?

One completed audit, in full: every result, the evidence behind it and the fix steps. It stays available in your account. It does not include re-audits or tasks.

What happens to a report I already unlocked if I subscribe later?

Nothing changes, you keep it. Full Access adds every report from that point on, not a replacement for the one you bought.

How do I cancel?

From your account, in one step. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.

How many audits does Full Access include?

10 audit credits per billing period. One completed full audit spends one credit, and credits work on any store. Unused credits reset with the billing period.

Can I audit more than one store?

Yes. Credits are not tied to a store. Every store keeps its own reports and tasks, so work on one never mixes with another. One audit runs at a time per account, so start the next one when the first finishes.

What happens to a credit if an audit fails?

You get it back. An audit that fails and produces no report returns its credit. If an audit finishes but some pages could not be audited, you can re-run that report for free up to three times. Pin the right page in Store Settings before you re-run it.

Does Full Access include MCP?

Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or a headless client such as Claude Code to your account at no extra cost. Ask what to fix first, talk a fix through with evidence from your store, or start the next audit. Audits you start from a chat client spend the same credits as the web.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Is tax included in the price?
